About Jennifer
I am a multi instrumentalist that has a variety of experience in the music scene. As an educator, it is my priority to guide my students to find their own musical voice and create a positive relationship with their musical expression.
I love to see the passion for music ignited within my students. I also love to see my students find their own unique interests and identity within music.
Trained on Classical piano. Performs on piano, electric bass and guitar. I have taught over 200 individual students in the NYC area as a Guitar Center employee for the past three years. I've played on stages and festivals all over the country, including SXSW (Austin, TX) , Vermont Jazz Festival (Burlungton, VT) The Bowery Electric (NYC) Mercury Lounge (NYC) and many more.

It is my priority to meet my students on their level and within their interests. I always start by getting to know their passions for music and their unique goals for finding their own musical voice. Music is a language and it is my job to help my students on their journey of expression!

Details
I generally ask for:
$30 for 30 minutes
$40 for 45 minutes
$50 for 60 minutes
.I prefer 45 minute lessons as this seems like an adequate time to cover my goals for a variety of ages. I find younger students do great with 30 minute lessons. I would suggest 60 minute lessons for intermediate or advanced students.
