About Gene
We will focus on performance teaching you to play songs from the intro to the outro and everything inbetween.
You will be learning all the chords you need to play Beatles songs the way they played them. This means you will begin to understand chord theory and how to play up and down the neck, not just in first position. You will also learn some interesting stumming patterns and arpegio picking.
I am extremely patient. Some of this work will be one note at a time, particularily the lead parts, until you get the hang of it and memorize it
If you are a beginner with your very first guitar, or bass you will learn proper technique. This will save you from having to unlearn bad habits.
Some college level courses in guitar.
I have played Bass in a Beatles band called Tiket to Ride and I am currently Playing George's guitar parts and singing John and George.
