About Gene
I'm a musics and art teacher. For art I have a bachelors degree in fine arts from MCLA and I've been working in art for 4 years. For Music I not only teach a variety of instruments, but I repair instruments and have a recording studio for use. I also teach music theory, ear training, and arranging / composing (aka song writing).
I really enjoy to make learning fun and to see that smile on the faces of students who has gotten to a goal of theirs. It's one of the best feelings in the world
I am a Alumni of Berklee College of Music, a Graduate of Fine Arts from MCLA, and I have been teaching, recording, and repairing since 2014.

I've been taking guitar lessons for about 2 years and I'll say, as an adult with a full time job plus some, I didn't think I'd be able to stick with it.
