About John
I am very experienced and can accommodate and customize lessons according to students needs.
I fell in love with music at an early age, and was attracted to guitar music at age 15. Since then, I've been collecting guitars, learning all about the different brands. I also began to explore different playing styles. I played electric bass guitar in my first band
Being a professional music teacher is probably the best thing I could have decided to do in my life, in terms of helping others become musically inclined and believing in their talent.
I started playing the guitar at age 15, and now have 30+ years of experience, including playing electric bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and performing in various Rock Bands of different genres. Played on stage, recorded in the studio, have plenty of YouTube videos
