About Dan
Approach is the key to improving and honing your current skills level. Lots of people claim to play guitar. A very small percentage stand out. Reaching your true level of skill Some times takes an outside look in to help you develop what you already possess. Online instructional vids can't see how you are attacking a chord, or how you are fingering a lead line. All extremely important phases of getting better at what you already know. One lesson could be all it takes to improve and play what you've been missing. That's where 50+ years of touring, teaching, & playing can give you the edge you've been looking for!
Teaching to me is not just challenging but a pleasure to help students who really want to excel in there field. Everyone learns different from what they already know. Once I know how you best pick up on concepts, your abilities will rapidly increase in a short time. That's where a teacher is complimented the best.
Offered a teaching job in late 70's for a local Music Store in Tulsa
50 years + Touring, playing local, teaching 15 of those years instructional. Taught college level for Tulsa University for accreditation towards there degree.
