About Luke
I love teaching and my students have a blast. We focus on individual instruments and music theory fundamentals while slowly increasing the scope to include topics like, playing in a live band, finding your sound using different amps and VST effects, songwriting, working with a DAW (digital audio workstation) multitrack recording, mixing and mastering and virtual effects.
Students should consider hiring me as their teacher because learning music should be fun and rewarding. Keeping these motivations at the forefront of your experience creates an environment to foster lifelong learning and musicians that other people want to play with.

Luke has been teaching my 10 & 12 year olds drums and guitar for the past two years. He has been great with both of them - meeting them where they started but always pushing them a little out of their comfort zones so they keep growing. They take violin and cello through their school and it's obvious how much working with Luke has helped them in their ability to play in general.
