About Dylan
Watching a student grow into their full potential and being a part of that is one of the most honorable experiences in my life.
I volunteered with a Kindergarten class helping students with special needs learn how to read and write. Giving them the one on one attention they deserve gave me a sense of purpose.
I have taught history and cultural classes with the Army in regards to Allied and Hostile countries. ( we have a lot of friends and enemies).

As Bruce Lee said "be like water". Everyone learns definitely so there's no solid one way approach. However I like to start off with finding common interests and see if I can intergrate a students intrests and hobbies into the lesson.
I have worked with Kindergartners in classes and 17-19 year olds in the Army. I know big gap in age. But that's how I can adapt to my students.
Find someone who is passionate about the subject and people.
