About Dawn
As classroom teacher of 18 years and a college tutor of 3, I have worked with students of all academic levels in a wide variety of subjects. My first goal is always to get to know my student. What are their goals, struggles, strengths ansd weaknesses. Next we determine what is going on in class and how I can best help them. For most Social Studies classes, it's not the the content is too hard but rather that the student my have some gaps in background knowledge or just need more time to work though the connections.
