About Dino
I have a great passion for both the subjects of social studies (History, Political Sciend, Economics) and for teaching.
I believe that educational pursuit is inherently rewarding, and that education in Social Studies helps citizens to better understand the society in which they live.
I hope I can encourage you to share this passion, and improve your grades of course, simultaneously.
After a career in business, I have decided to make a change and pursue a career in teaching. As I said, I find education and learning to be inherently rewarding.
I have a B.A. Sociology, and a M.A. in Public Policy. I have received a Certificate of Eligibility in Social Studies, and I am currently enrolled in the Alternate Route Program at Rutgers Graduate School of Education, in pursuit of becoming a full-time High School Social Studies Teacher. In my previous white-collar career, performing webinars on company programs, and training new associates, were part of my responsibilities.

We will start with getting to know the student, and understanding the student's goals and their starting point.
From there, we can chart a path towards achieving those goals.
We will focus on using what knowledge and concepts the student has now, that we can build on and progress towards their goals.
I have worked with students of from Seventh grade through Twelfth grade.
