About Ian
As an undergraduate at New York University majoring in international relations and history, I have always harbored an immense passion for social studies and humanities.
I understand, however, why parents and students alike may feel confused, ambivalent, or frustrated with the way that many subjects are taught in our schools. This is why I choose to take a direct and personal approach to instruction; rather than forcing students to memorize a subject by the standards of a rigid curriculum, I meet them wherever they are - educationally or otherwise - and take them where they need to be in order to succeed.
At this moment, I am offering tutoring services to students of any age, grade, or skill level in the following areas: American history, European history, civics, government, geography, and English.
