About Caleb
I have taught students in grades 6-12 in social studies. As of 2021-22, I will be teaching 7th grade. Subjects that I have a strong understanding in are Government, US History, World History, and current events. I am available via Zoom or Google Meets.
I enjoy watching students become experts over topics, and find success. By giving the students the tools to be successful, I enjoy seeing them excel in areas they believed they would struggle. To have that success, I enjoy building relationships with my students.
I began working in a middle school setting. I have always had a passion for social studies, and becoming an educator allowed me to pass on my passion.
B.S Socisl Studies Education from Indiana University
2 years teaching 6-8 World/US History
1 year teaching 9-12 World History and Current Events.

With a new student, I will see what their teachers are requiring. As I evaluate the objective, I will then see what the student knows, and then create an outline to give students the tools to be successful.
I have worked with students in various settings. Currently, I work with students in a rural setting. I have experience working with general educstion students, tier two students, and students in an FAP setting. I have been able to accommodate IEP and 504 plan goals.
