About Andrew
I love history & I want to help you love history too. I present concepts and structures to understand history through a contemporary perspective.
I work full time as a CPA, but I've always dreamed of being a high school history teacher. This is my way of helping others and also an outlet for my aspirations.
Although I studied accounting and am licensed as a CPA, I have a minor in History, as well as participating in local historical societies as well as online ones. In addition, I lived and studied Polish history in Poland for a few years.

First, I work to get to know the student and their interests and aims for learning. Second, I work through a quick evaluation to focus out efforts on areas of interest. Third, I develop weekly, monthly, and yearly goals to achieve the aims of the student. From that point I work backwards into the
High School Students, mostly. However, I have given ad-hoc civics lessons to younger students as well.

Having lived in Poland for a few years, and having many close friends still living in Poland, I was motivated to help out our brothers in Ukraine after recent events. A few friends and I were able to raise a significant amount of money and used that money to source supplies in Poland that were shipped to Ukraine.
