About Ryan
School can be difficult, and there is always that one subject which stumps you. For many, it is social studies. However, Beane Tutoring is here to help you through all things social studies! From US and European history to geography, I will help you become a better researcher, writer, and appreciator of history. Social studies is fun when taught right, and offers so many opportunities to build real world skills.
As a fellow history student who is graduating with a bachelor's degree in history in December 2022, I've completed many research papers, read many books, and have gone through the ropes of historical studies. I've travelled and studied abroad to many countries, including South Korea, the United Kingdom, France, and the Netherlands. I've worked in writing internships, specifically with the Department of Veterans Affairs where I wrote dozens of blog posts highlighting veterans services. I want to help students grasp basic history, and relate it to large global trends which have shaped our world today.
Bachelor's Degree in History, study abroad experience in South Korea, excursions to Western Europe, writing and researching internship experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and working as the Global Student Ambassador for my university where I developed important communication skills.
