About Sara
I know history can be overwhelming... so many dates, names and boring facts to remember, but I bet if you give me a chance to help you I can take those boring facts, names and dates and create a story you will have trouble forgetting. History really is just a group important stories that are linked to get us to where we are today.
I enjoy working with students and seeing them realize that even though a subject doesn't come naturally for them, doesn't mean that it never will. I have always felt that when history is taught the right way everyone can enjoy it.
I have a undergrad degree in History and a minor in Political Science. And I have a Masters in American history with a minor focusing on African American history.
I have tutored before and taught at the college level as a graduate assistant.
