About Raquel
I love teaching. I've been teaching for 5+ year's and enjoy every single moment of it. I currently teach in a middle school in New York City. My teaching technique's are different, learning may be the most fun for my students when they don't know what to expect. So I try to incorporate a sense of surprise and mystery to keep my students engaged.
Teaching history always has a story.
What I enjoy the most about teaching is that every student I teach can tell me a story about what we learned (I say we because I am alway's learning). It makes me feel like I did my job. Also to know that the student I tutor understood the lesson.
