About Audrey

I am starting to teach beginner riding lessons, and the opportunity to do beginner barrel and roping lessons as well. I am located in Gilbert, and have experience working with kids, as well as kids with autism! I have been riding horses for 11 years and it’s a passion of mine! I’d love to see people with the same passion wanting to learn!

I have a passion for horses and working with kids so why not do both!?

I have been working with horses for 11 years, and have been doing barrel racing for 5. My partner has been roping for years and years so those who start with roping will get help from him.

For the students that have little to no experience, or a lot of experience, I go through safety first always. Then if they have little to no experience, I walk them through the steps of grooming, leading, and taking care of their horse. Depending on if they're comfortable, we will begin at a safe, slow walk while being led to ensure proper safety procedures. Teaching them how to stop is very important as well. I will ask them questions about them just to get to know them a little better and ask about how they enjoy riding! From there on, it is situational based on how quickly I can move on with the teaching process.

I have worked with adults, kids, and kids with Autism.
