About Lynn
I have a background in teaching elementary students. So it was a natural progression to teach horseback riding since I've owned and shown horses for many years. I've taken many certification classes and met with several instructors to further my knowledge.
Certifications: American Riding Instructors Association

Winner of many Year End awards in Pleasure and Equitation over the years
Bachelor of Science

Ask: their background and experience in riding,
-where have they ridden and why are they seeking another instructor
-do they ride English or western? Do they know how to groom & tack up? Have their own equipment?
-do they have any specific goals in mind?
I've worked students of various backgrounds and ages, including MR students of various ages. They have been been from a variety of backgrounds but with one common quality of loving horses.
