About Shelley
I love when I help solve a problem with my students. Anything from preforming a dressage test to correcting challenging barn manners, I introduce strong elements of natural horsemanship and help you and your horse though to the other side.
I've always loved the ART of teaching. From high school on, it's been a passion to communicate and pass on my love of knowledge. I also teach barefoot trimming methods and clinics on barefoot performance.
I've been teaching horseback riding for over 25 years and natural horsemanship for 20 years. With hard work and much determination, I started my own farm in 1996 and it's the oldest program in the area. Today I enjoy teaching in Florida as a freelancer.

When I meet a new student, I want to know their personal goals and their past accomplishments- horse related or not. I get to know my students strengths, fears and we work at their own pace (not mine) to achieve goals. I let me students know right off the bat that my teaching style and tactics may be "quite out of the box" but are nonetheless, powerful and life changing.
