About Kou
My name is Kou Lee. I have been training kickboxing and Muay Thai for about 12 years now. I have been instructing kickboxing and Muay Thai for close to 9 years. I have competed in many matches in the last 10 years. I have won an amateur muay thai title in my amateur days. I have also won a pro kickboxing title as well. I am currently still competing under the promotion known as "Glory Kickboxing".
I started as an assitant instructor for my coach
I have trained muay thai and kickboxing for nearly 12 years.
