I offer self defence and fitness training to students of all ages and abilities, either in groups or on a one to one basis. My aim is for each and every student to leave my sessions with their head held high and their shoulders back, feeling confident.
After attending self-defence classes myself in the past, I have found that though the techniques were being taught correctly, the framework of classes was chaotic and unstructured, with seemingly random techniques being taught in no particular order and bearing no particular connection.
I am giving a classes for beginners and based on the base of Mutai boxing than i go step by step to the next training

my method of teaching is simple I train with you for your well-being and to make you overcome your limits and help you to acquire more conviction in your potentiality. Teaching respect and defense in a bad situation.

My typical session is divided into 4 key moments 1. The articular and muscular warm up (string, stroke, movement) 2. The body session with or without specific material defined according to the level) 3. The muscular reinforcement 4. Stretching relaxation. I like to combine cross fit and fitness exercises in parallel with boxing and I like to add active recovery during recovery phases.
My method is based on the union of the body and the mind, with an iron base of discipline and sacrifice inculcating the values of the traditional martial arts and the ancient oriental philosophy. I like to correct every failure I see in my students at the moment, for that they learn without mistakes, that afterwards they are more difficult to correct.
My teaching method is the traditional Muay Thai that seeks to maintain the essence of Thai culture, besides performing all the ring techniques and traditional movements of the fight, ex: elbows, knees, clinches and etc. I also teach personal defense techniques that can be used in day-to-day situations of danger.
