About Ruben
I've been training at a very prestige Muay Thai/kickboxing gym out of fountain valley called Classic Fight Team. Under a high caliber coach with experience in training UFC champions. For 7 years I've undergone long nights of hard work, discipline, and learning self defense as well as training for longetivity fitness. It's been a passion since day one and I enjoy expressing love for this sport to people in all levels whether it's beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
My joy is brought out by the success in my students and their pace. Nothing fascinates me more then being challenged with different students at different levels in their familiarity in martial arts, it challenges me to structure their training regime depending on their age, and physical fitness level.
Started teaching friends and family. I am excited to be able to teach something I have a passion in.
For 6 years I have been training at a respectable and well known Muay Thai/kickboxing gym in SoCal. I have also been into fitness for 20 years and have a certificate in massage therapy/sports massage therapy where I have taken classes in anatomy and kinesiology.
