About Amand
Hey everyone! I’m Dr. Amand Hardiman, a life coach, basketball trainer, and public speaker with years of experience helping people unlock their potential both in sport and in life. I hold a Doctorate in Human Development and Family Studies, and I’ve developed an approach that integrates performance training with personal growth. Whether I’m coaching youth athletes or working with adults, I focus on building physical skills and mental and emotional resilience, empowering individuals to succeed in all areas of life. I have over ten years of coaching and academic experience at the youth, high school, and collegiate athletic levels.
What drives me is the opportunity to empower others to become the best versions of themselves. I believe true success comes from within, and my goal is to help people develop the confidence, mindset, and leadership skills they need to thrive beyond the game. As a public speaker, I love sharing strategies that inspire people to push past their limits, overcome challenges, and live with purpose. Whether on the court or in life, my aim is to uplift and equip people with the tools to succeed confidently in any situation.
