About Artis
Hello! I'm Artis, a sophomore at Amherst majoring in Molecular Biology and History. I've been tutoring for the SAT for 3+ years now and received a 99+ percentile score on my own SAT. I've coached several students to their own exceptional scores and all of my students have improved at least 100+ points. I enjoy building relationships with the students I work with and offer test taking and strategy advice beyond content based help. I received a 99+ percentile score on the SAT, with a 780 on the verbal section. I took the test once and will attend Amherst College in the fall of 2021.

During our first meeting we would develop good working rapport and make sure we’re a good fit. Then we would launch right in: test out new strategies on old problems and review the tips & tricks that helped me achieve a 1500+ score.
