About Cassie
My name is Cassie Aten. I hold a BA in Elementary Education and an MSE in Culturally Responsive Leadership and Instruction, and have worked as an elementary teacher for the last 10 years.
I have taught everything K-3, specifically foundational reading skills, writing and comprehension. I currently teach 2nd grade at a charter school in Denver.
I'm passionate about education and the Science of Reading, and believe the early reading/math foundational skills are paramount to opening doors of opportunity. I would love to partner with you or your child as a tutor.
