About Harshitha
I’m currently a senior in high school with over four years of tutoring experience, and K–12 material is still very fresh in my mind. I’ve worked with students ranging from kindergarten through high school seniors, so I understand how to adjust my teaching style based on age, learning speed, and academic goals. I prioritize getting to know each student individually — how they learn best, what they struggle with, and what they’re aiming to achieve.
Academically, I scored a 750 on the SAT English section (99th percentile), reflecting strong skills in reading comprehension, grammar, rhetoric, and analytical writing. I’ve taken both AP Language and Composition and AP Literature and Composition, scoring very highly on the exams and consistently excelling in advanced coursework. Throughout high school, I have taken predominantly honors and AP classes, maintaining strong grades while balancing leadership, extracurriculars, and service.
In addition, I’ve been accepted into highly competitive PharmD programs and am currently on track to attend the Northeastern University PharmD program, reflecting both academic rigor and long-term commitment to the sciences. My background in advanced English, honors coursework, and pre-pharmacy preparation allows me to support students not just in basic skill-building, but also in developing strong critical thinking and academic discipline.
