About Rachel
Hi! I recently moved to Pennsylvania from Connecticut, and have been working in education for about 20 years. I began my career as a behavior therapist for children with autism, before getting a bachelors degree in elementary/special education and a masters degree in literacy. I am certified in the state of Connecticut to teach elementary education K-6 and special education K-12, and currently hold a Pennsylvania teaching certification for pre-k to 4th grade. I have taught special education at the secondary level and in grades three through five, and was a kindergarten teacher for two years in Connecticut. I am currently working as a second grade teacher in the Harrisburg area.
