About Alexa
Hi, there! My name is Alexa, and I'd love to help you exercise your full potential and achieve the academic goals you have set for yourself! The academic realm can be intimidating, demoralizing, or simply unfit for your pace and needs. For four years, I had the joy of essay coaching at the collegiate level; helping students build confidence in their essay-writing skills is a personal favorite of mine! Though my path took me elsewhere, I previously pursued a degree as a physician, and so I have accumulated a wide breadth of knowledge in the biological and chemical sciences. Finally, I have five years of experience in psychiatric research with children and teens, which has not only supplied me with a thorough background of psychiatric and sociological expertise, but also ample experience working with young folks whose thoughts and minds can sometimes become their enemies. School can feel like you've been buried miles beneath the freezing snow of an avalanche. I'm here to grab your hand, pull you out, and maybe give you some hot cocoa and a warm blanket! Let's battle these challenges, together!
