About Irini
As a recent graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, I earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and Writing & Rhetoric. I have an expansive writing background ranging from creative writing (poetry, fiction, non-fiction) to rhetorical composition. I am currently pursuing an MFA in Poetry at Sarah Lawrence College. I have been a writing tutor for four years and am passionate about providing mentorship to ESL and multilingual writers. As a writing tutor, I work with a pedagogy that reaches beyond “editing” to help students better understand the craft and construction of writing.
