Giving people peace of mind and increased awareness. With an encouragement to be your best and not live in fear.
I enjoy helping people express and improve themselves on many levels. Becoming more relaxed and flexible while learning to defend yourself and protect those you love is a synergistic experience that can improve your life.
It's always been a passion of mine, starting as such a small child.
I have 52 years training experience and 46 years teaching experience, with extensive combat training and experience. Additionally I have 24 years restorative training as well, from vegan diet/lifestyle to meditation and energy work, including different massage therapies.

The initial focus is balance, deep breathing methods and flexibility. Once an assessment has been done then we chart a strategy to start achieving goals. A wise person has a good heart.
Military, law enforcement, civilians of all walks of life. One commonality they all share is a good heart and positive spirit. It is my only prerequisite. Obviously no criminals or people with substance abuse problems.
