About Francisco
Ready to work with you, looking to lose wieght, learn self defense and gain
With a wieght loss journey of 100+ pounds. 2010 i started at 260lbs and with determination i was booked to fight at 147lbs 2 years later. I came back to the states, eager to share the knowledge I acquired, and help people find thier best versions on themselves.
Have worked at most major gyms in the area. Lived and trained in Thailand, multiple students with winning fight records. Come try class!!!

I really enjoy training here. It’s fun and I always learn something new each class.
Ronin provides a great experience to learn and train martial arts. Franco the instructor is attentive to details and helps everyone improve in all aspects while keeping the environment fun and safe.
Franco is a great coach. His instruction is great for self defense, fitness, and competition.
I've been to many gyms in houston but Ronin is by far the best. Coach pushes you to be the best you and be and the other students help and encourage. 10/10

Yes i have 70 dollar private hours. I also have have a monthly class schedule of Monday Wed Friday at 6p and Saturday at 9am
