About Milton
Teach makes me feel good and see my students improvements make me feel much better. Not only techniques but all the philosophy beyond the martial arts. As a white belt student I started when I was 9 yrs old, now I am black belt 6 degree teaching in LI since 2004. I am multiple times state champion, Pan American champion and 2x World Champion. We follow a curriculum where step by step we start teaching the foundation of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu self defense.
All kinds starting with 3 yrs old
Get the best one, no matter if you have to drive 15 min or 45 min and invest in yourself. You never know when you will need but it's smart to be ready, even if you never have to use.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Any question, specially if it is about self defense and/or Jiu Jitsu. Always will be welcome.
