About Bill
Life long martial artist and combat instructor with over 40 + years of experience.
My passion is to enable a student to grow the confidence and ability to protect themselves from a violent encounter.
I have a 3rd degree (Sandan) black belt in Okinawan Uechi-ryu, instructor ranking in Muay Thai, Filipino Kali, Krav Maga and I am the US Rep for Eddie Quinn's Approach Self-Defense system.
Additionally I am ranked in the following:
2nd Kyu Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu and Muso Jikiden Eishin lai Heiho (Japanese Sword)
Edged weapons:
Instructor under Paul Vunak with additional training in Paul Vunaks Rapid Assault Tactics.
Wu Ming Tau Chaun Fa (Black Sash)
Level 1 Tactical Firearms training (Tactical prep).
This is my unique method of self-protection. It's quick and easy to learn, is practical and effective. This is a functional method of self-defense that anyone can learn in a short amount of time.
I started martial arts training at 11 yrs old in Kodokan Judo from an Olympic coach then Okinawan karate. Eventually opening 2 schools in the central florida area.
40 plus years involved in martial arts and combatives.

About the lesson

Convering the basics which start literally from the ground up. Stance, balance, movement then basic strikes and body positioning then on to power generation.
Any student willing to learn, prefer students 15 years and up due to the nature of the training.
Do your homework, cheap usually means low quality. Be wary of any instructor who tells you it will take several years to become proficient - they are looking for profit and not your best interest.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Just be up front about your health, any previous training you've had - i can always works around any issues you have. Tell me why you need the training, what are you wanting to accomplish and i will give you an honest assessment.
