About Cyrus
Hey there. I decided to tutor because I love it when I help kids get that lightbulb moment in their studies. I love to see people advance and go on to greater things.
I've been tutoring for around 2 years. I used to tutor in my highschool's library and now I work out of The Agoura Library or The Calabasas Library.
- I have a highschool diploma from Agoura High School. I am currently enrolled in Moorpark College. I have finished Pre-Algebra, Algebra II, Geometry, and Statistics with high grades.

Teaching students to be better and have confidence in their ability to do better.
I started tutoring Math + Science in my sophomore year of high school because people told me that I explained things really well. I helped many excel in Math and Science and still do today.
I am currently a full time student at Moorpark College and I received my high school diploma from Agoura High School. I have been tutoring students for around 2 years now and I love seeing people grow due to my help.

This depends on the goals of the parents/guardian. Everyone has their own customized plan to help them out. Different people learn at different paces and in different ways.
I have worked with all types of students you could possibly encounter in High School.
I was tutoring this one kid who was completely unconfident about his skills and had very poor grades in Math. I loved this process of tutoring him because I felt that every session I had with him I was building him up more and more. Now we see each other so I can track his progress but he's developed very nicely and he's a lot happier now with himself.

He began helping my son when he was in High school who has an IEP. The teachers weren't helping him adequately and my friend told me about this young man who's patient and understanding. I booked my first session and I could not be more happier than before.
Note: Cyrus, can you get back to me on your e-mail, I need a session next week for JJ.View more recommendations
