About Deen
The goal is to help the student understand why math is done the way it is. Multiplication is a quick way to add, graphs are a visual representation of those additions. I have taken many math courses over the years and am into college level math at Rochester Institute of Technology. I got the highest score possible on the AP Calculus BC exam and am well versed in mathmatics. I am truely passionate about math and believe it describes and explains the world around us, numbers can show everything.
I like just talking about math and what you can do with it. Even the history is interesting to me, lots of people don't agree and used to get very teretorial over aspects of new mathamatics. I enjoy spreading even a little bit of that passion to other people.
I am a student at a technology institute and plan to minor in mathmatics.

I will have them show me what they are doing and have them send me a few past tests to review what they are not understanding and where they can improve. Then I work out what needs to be reviewed and go over with the student if I am explaining it well.
Find someone who can explain things to you well. It doesn't matter if they just show you the information, you are getting a tutor which is probably supplimental to another teacher, if they don't show it in a different way or try to get you a deeper understanding then you aren't getting anything out of it.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Where the issues are coming up are very helpful to know. If possible when the confusion comes up in certain problems. And definatly if you think you are doing it right but are getting the right answer. It means you might be close to understanding but are missing a small step.
