About Isabella
I am all for helping elementary school and middle school kids understand and grasp concepts in nearly any subject. These years are crucial for high school!
I enjoyed studying in school (crazy right?!), and I want to help other kids learn how to study to be successful in school. I also want to truly teach the topic that they do not understand instead of teaching them to memorize the correct answers.
I have just started up tutoring. I am 2 classes away from graduting high school, and I am a full time volleyball player, with college in mind or athletics and academics!
I took all advanced courses throughout my middle and high school career, and I have maintained a 4.0 GPA, and honor roll all throughout middle and high!
I have helped my friends all throughout school, and recently I started tutoring around my local area taking online courses because they were much more difficult.
I am a junior in high school (age-wise), but academically I am a senior! I have been coaching smaller children in volleyball off and on (when my season allows)!

Again, I am just starting out in this process. I will find what is giving them trouble, show them the method/concept they are trying to learn, find something to correlate it to that is relevant in their life, and then I will give them a way to remember it. After that, I will give them more practice on their own until they get to the point where they can do it all by themselves without any instruction or help from me.
Mostly around my age for academics. Younger kids (6-12) in sports. I have been in programs teaching about tutoring and younger education!

Details
I would say that prices can vary, higher or lower, because I am not going to charge an elementary school-aged child taking basic math the same amount I would charge a middle schooler taking algebra 1.
For elementary school: $20 per hour (depends on the number of classes in need of tutoring)
For middle school: $25 per hour (depends on the number of classes in need of tutoring)
