About Halle
Hello!
I recently graduated from Washington State University from their B.A program in Business Administration from the Carson College of business majoring in management information systems. I enjoy painting and the arts but have taken some college courses in math and accounting.
I have experience previously tutoring Algebra 1 remotely a few years ago.
I was a chess camp lead volunteer and taught chess and assisted the tournament director in California while I was in high school before moving to complete my degree out of state.
I will work with students who may need more time to understand concepts as I did and will help them find a learning style suitable to them. I can offer tutoring services remotely via Zoom in the afternoon on weekdays. Practice questions and pattern recognition to solve questions are part of the method I use so that students can improve their critical thinking skills. I
can record problem walkthroughs on a handheld whiteboard for your student to reference when they need further assistance .
