About Chad

I was brought up in an educational environment. I have excelled accademically by using techniques that I have customized for my own abilities. After years out of my undergraduate accounting education I decided to return to school to pursue my MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. I wrote a high quality paper each week and became adept with APA and MLA citation. I have also learned many skills to memorize and assimilate large amounts of information, quickly. My specialties are business, mathematics and economics, but my passion still resides in English , the arts, humanities, and history. I graduated summa cum laude in 2015 from Ashford University Forbse School of Business with a lot of hard work in the evenings after long work days. I believe the online learning is going to be more essential in the challenging environment which the modern world presents we it's inhabitants. But, the opportunities for the next generation of learners using technology are virtually unlimited. Alow me to be your servant and assist you with your passion for accademic excellence.

I have been training teams and individuals in busines as well as individual clients for over eighteen years. I am also the son of two retired school teachers who were exceptional in their careers. My father, a vocational arts teacher and my mother a resource specialist, provided me with continuous motivation for my accademic pursuits and techniques that I still use today. Particularly the system developed out of John Hopkin's University called Success for All has shown me how each individual student has skills, either visual, auditory, logic, artistic, etc. and finding these uniquely optimal modes of learning for each is ideal.





I have learned skills for memorization and comprehension through reading business related authors such as Steven R. Covey, Tom Peters & Nancy Austin, Napoléon Hill, Jim Collins and numerous others. I have utilized neuropsychological techniques such as oral rehearsal, mnemonics, as well as time tested tools like flash cards, outlining and summarization techniques which significantly improve students us of time and spares frustration.

I make introductions. Then, learn what each students individual goals are. I learn which their past challenges may have been. Then I work to develop unique approach to help each student increase their comprehension, memorization and communication.



I have worked with elementry, highschool and university students. I have worked with exceptionally gifted individuals and I have worked with the developmentally disabled and learning disabled. I have found excellence in individuals of all aptitudes and have be rewarded through the chance of seeing them succeed.

I have watched my stepdaughters one in highschool and the other in Junior Highschool work diligently and intelligently with their English and mathematics courses. I have watched them dread homework, test, and classrooms and I have seen them turn that dread to high acheivement through smart, persistent work.

Students should be honest with themselves and with their educators. Everyone has had challenges. Education is challenging. Life is challenging. But, being honest about one's goals and struggles or fears with their accademic histories will help a tutor construct a plan (or lesson plans) which are ideal for their needs and skill levels.
