About Tommy
Hi everyone, my name is Tommy Greco and I'm a sophomore in computer engineering at UCF. During high school, I was in the accelerated math program and took AP Calculus AB as a senior. I volunteered to tutor middle school students during my junior and senior year for community service hours for NHS. I'm currently enrolled in Calculus 3, and am looking to tutor middle or high school math. If you have any questions feel free to email me at: (concealed information)
I really enjoy helping people out, regardless of what it is. When I tutored for the middle school students, it made my day seeing their faces light up when the math finally clicked and they were able to solve the problems without my help.
I was part of National Honor Society during my junior and senior years of high school and was required to complete service hours of a task of my choosing every semester. I started tutoring at the middle school in my area, and I loved seeing the kids get excited when they understood the math, so I continued to tutor.
I don’t have any formal training, but I took AP calculus as a senior in high school, and I’m currently taking calculus 3 as a sophomore at UCF. I also tutored some middle school students during my junior and senior year.

I would figure out where they are at with the material by doing practice problems first. This gives me an idea of what they do and don’t know and what we need to work on. After that I would review/teach the concepts they are having trouble with so they can complete the problems.
I’ve worked with middle school students, some with mild ADD, and fellow classmates in my calculus classes.

Since I would consider myself new to the tutoring profession, I would charge $10/hr for middle school and below, and $15/hr for high school math or higher.
