About Uchenna
I would say my service stands out due to my patience, ability to interact with various types of people, and my flexible teaching style. My name is Uchenna Nwosu and I am a recent highschool graduate who received a score of 740/800 on their SAT math section. I am a National Honors Society alumni, AP Scholar, and Peer mentor. I can assist with almost all divisions of mathematics and with my patient approach I can boost my tutees confidence in the subject. I can help with their homework and preperation on tests.
As far as me as a person, I have been tutoring and teaching those I care for for as long as I can remember. Whether it be mentoring struggling underclassmen, to helping my teachers tutor other classes, or going to other schools to teach children about future careers, I try to help however I can. Being a successful student athlete has overall taught me that anything can be accomplished with enough effort. In this sense I believe any student can achieve their dreams in the classroom, and I would love to help make that happen.
Being someone who's received so much assistance growing up to get where I am now, I want to use this way of giving back. I find joy in helping others and them achieving their goals.
