About Dee
Wu Fitness and Martial Arts offers children/adults the opportunity to learn about and develop skills in the martial arts of MUAY THAI and/or KUNG FU. Our program is a mixture of body awareness drills, strength and conditioning, basic striking, and various advanced techniques. Children will learn the basic foundation of the arts whether or not he or she chooses to compete. In a safe and fun environment, we strive to balance fundamental skill improvement with building personal self-worth to help each person strengthen his or her own potential.

I am a former grade school teacher so I can work with all ages.
I have experience as a personal trainer so I have an understanding of building the human body and physical therapy.
I was a US National Kung Fu Team member in 2003 and 2004 so I have extensive knowledge in Kung Fu.
I am knowledgeable in Muay Thai even though I have never competed.
