About Catherine
To get where you need to do in life, you need to FEEL good physically and emotionally and have clarity. I'm a registered dietitian and wellness coach who can help you get to your highest goals! I've been an RD for 13 years. I love helping motivated people who care about their lives and health. What makes me different is how dedicated I am to what I do. I stay with my clients even when they think they can't get through their obstacles. The best part of my job is when clients get super excited about the changes they are making!
