About Sheena
Sheena Pradhan is the #2 ranked nutritionist on Yelp and the #1 called on source for nutrition-related media inquiries in Philadelphia.
Sheena is the owner, founder, and Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist at Nutritious Balance. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science in 2011. Sheena completed her Dietetic Internship through Drexel University's ISPP program and became a Registered Dietitian in 2012.
Sheena sees one-on-one clients at AFC Fitness in Bala Cynwyd, PA (601 Righters Ferry Road - where we are able to accept insurance) and in Center City at 15th and Walnut (where we do not accept insurance).
Sheena also owns and manages the meal prep delivery service, Bodybuilder Kitchen.
