About Leo
Being on the fitness scene for almost 20 years, you could say I’ve seen it all. From training the top contestants in ‘Miss. Universe’ pageants to reality stars and models, my expertise runs deep. They say it isn’t work if you do what you love and my six certifications speak to that for sure! I am a certified in personal training, group fitness classes, cycling, TRX, corrective exercise, animal flow, kettlebell, and nutrition. While building my brand, X-Core Miami each one of those courses drove me to fall even more in love with what I do. Transforming people’s bodies and minds to give them a new outlook on life is my passion and there is no better place to do that than a see or be seen city like Miami. I would be honored to team up with your brand, and share my knowledge with your followers. I worked as a contributor writer for ‘Hola Latino Magazine’, writing feature articles on nutrition, health and exercise.
