About Sarah
Most people want to feel happy and confident about their weight, but feel confused about how to actually achieve it. So I created The Fit Refresh to help my Clients simplify the weight loss process to achieve their goals, keep it off and feel great!
My supportive and comprehensive approach to Health and Wellness has proven to be effective without even making big workout changes or dramatic food choice decisions. It is built on Awareness and appreciation for the journey.
I'm a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist who happens to have had her own dramatic weight loss experience, which makes me a Sympathetic and Empethetic Coach. I am prepared to help you realize how unique and special you are and then give you a plan with all of that in mind.
