About Yohana
My art is about healing, more specifically the coping and healing of mental illness. Through my struggles I've learned that using my imagination and creativity I've been able to cope with life much better. I want to spread the word and help others heal through their creativity.
My work allows me to relieve stress and keeps me focused. When I'm painting I zone out and mentally transport to the world I'm creating in my artwork. It's extremely relaxing for me.
