Experienced tutor in Painting in Sarasota, Catherine offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Catherine is excellent at communicating and making sure everyone has a good time while painting in her studio, Ponto Lambert. I have taken both private and group lessons from Catherine and have really enjoyed the time meeting other people w like minds and most of all, enjoying a new piece of art!!

Myself, family and friends have been going to Catherine's studio to do a painting once a month for 2 years now. Each and every time is fun, educational, and relaxing. She teaches techniques and paints along with you for visual learners as well. What a wonderful way to relax and be creative at the same time.

She is very easy going, flexible and encouraging. I had never painted before and I leaned a lot from her. I have multiple pretty paintings. I even felt happy enough with one of my paintings to give it away as a gift.

Cathy painted along with me. She also made me very comfortable when I made mistakes. She said the one great thing about acrylic paints is that you paint over the mistakes and told me not to worry!! She is a very patient and positive art teacher and very professional like she was born with a paint brush in her hand lol!!
