About Tyla
I've always had that 'teaching gene' from a young age I would set up my stuffed animals to teach them an art class. I prefer smaller size classes to 'one on one' so I'm able to give my student my full attention. I specialized in paper crafts, painting, jewelry making, polymer clay and photography.
I enjoy the whole processes of creating things it's hard to explain, but its kind of like breathing.. I just have to create beautiful things. Creating things is a process with many steps, if you're going to do it right. That's my goal I teaching, the proper fundamentals.
I was asked by a friend to teach her daughters 7th bday party, fairy garden making. It was a huge sucsess. I started teaching different lessons as a side job. I have many just taught friends and family.
I have real world experience. I've been a working artist for 20 plus years.

For our first class we will do fun ice breaking get to know one another exercise, brainstorm about what are going to make in our class today, go over the fundamentals and tools/supplies, start with some practice exercisges and once we feel comfortable and confident we will begin making that particular final project.
My students have ranged all the way from 2yr old to seniors, small groups of 10ppl to one on one

Standard Begining Level 1 Art Lessons start at $25 for the first hour and $15per hrs or additional time needed, with supplies included. This includes drawing, painting, some jewelry making, papercrafting including cricut machine lessons and digital photography.
