About Clev
I 'm a NASM CPT( National Academy of Sports Medicine ) certified personal trainer with experience in boxing , Krav Maga, and endurance racing. I'm also a certified NASM MMACS ( Mixed Martial Arts Certified Specialist instructor). Currently pursing my CES ( Corrective Exercise Specialist), PES ( Performance Exercise Specialist) both through NASM in addition to a CPR instructors certification through the American Red Cross.I have successfully completed the several Tough Mudders and a Metro Dash and have started training for the heavy GORUCK challenge. I have a passion for weight training and circuit training coupled with a desire to see my client through progressive not aggressive training .
Creating programs that are easy to follow, workouts that are exciting and new, and lasting change of habits and lifestyle.

Nothing can be done without establishing a foundation. I will meet with all clients in person or via skype to discuss goals and formulate our action plan to get started and stay on task to complete. The initial meeting is when we will assess and address any muscle inbalances and determine what movement patterns can safely be implemented.
