About Erin
Customized Training Approach
I want to understand what you’re feeling and going through to obtain a better idea of the changes you need to make. Together we will set goals, milestones, a schedule, lifestyle changes . Each person is different and I take the time to get to know your differences to set up a plan that works the best with you.
Training Concierge Services
Personal Training sessions can be held in the privacy of your own home, building’s fitness center, office fitness centers or at one of our personal training studios. I am able to work with you in small class or large class settings or individual sessions – whichever feels the best for you.
Corporate Fitness Programs
Employee wellness programs are essential to the long-term viability of all business’s bottom line. When your employees exercise, they’re not the only ones who benefit. Research has also shown that programs such as mine offer a positive return-on-investment making them a benefit that costs more to avoid than to provide.
