About Crystal
My name is Crystal Maniscalco, owner of NaturallyFit Training Studio, blessed wife, fulfilled momma of two beautiful little boys and lover of all things active, natural and wholesome for the health of my family! I am a Kinesiologist at heart, Certified Personal Trainer- NSCA-CSCS, pre/post-natal specialist, a nutrition/lifestyle coach, holistic healing advocate and have my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology: Applied Exercise Science. I have also been training clients since 2006!
Kinesiology has been my initial passion for years. I love helping people feel and move better by studying and restoring the mechanics of their movement and identify imbalances in their bodies structure and rebalancing them. Since having my kids, I have found another passion in helping women rebuild and discover balance within their post-baby body and in their life.
